Our Culinary Learning Journeys are unique, personalized trips that allow travelers to fully engage with diverse cultures and culinary traditions worldwide.

The CLJ focuses on the history of the land we are visiting, the people who occupied the land and the culinary perspective of the various occupations of the land from ancient times to Modern day.  It is all about “The Land, The People, The Food”.

These journeys provide genuine cultural experiences, facilitate connections and friendships, and cater to those in the catering industry, all while supporting the foundation’s educational objectives.

Our Journeys help GROW raise valuable fundraising dollars to support our Scholarship, Sponsorship, and Grant Programs.

These educational-focused trips are planned to be all-inclusive, covering the costs of food, educational experiences, beverages, accommodations, and more. Travel expenses to reach the destination are NOT included.  However, air travel during the trip is included.

Anyone who is involved in the Catering/hospitality industry or who is interested in History, Food, and Wine.
