The ICAEF has done it again! We have created an exceptional Culinary Learning Journey and it is one not to be missed. We begin our journey with the vibrancy of Mexico City then travel Southeast to Oaxaca. Our departure will be from Oaxaca International Airport. We will visit Chapultepec, Coyoacán, Puebla, Cholula, and more! From Molé to Tacos to Mexican fine dining, Chocolate, Mexican Wine, Beer and of course Tequila, your taste buds will be tantalized and the choice of unique hotels, local food markets, castles and Baroque churches made of gold will be a feast for all your senses!
